We use the Worldpay online payment system for all transactions.
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. We do not hold sensitive information on our site. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any website, nor any email.
Refund Policy
This refund policy complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive (2000) and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection Regulations (2000) that relate to distance selling. The law came into force in the year 2000 and applies to all UK based transactions where the consumer doesn’t meet the vendor. If you feel that this payment has been made in error please contact the office on 0203 637 0038 and refunds can be made via the original payment method. Your payment will not be collected or processed by us but by an online gateway system (the “Payment Gateway”). This is operated by a third party. We do not retain or control or share any information entered by You into the Payment Gateway.
