Personal client account
You will never have to look at a remittance again as MediAccounts collects all your private income into your personal client account and reconciles all payments from this.

Our reconciliation team manage a running cash book for your personal client account and reconcile all payments deposited.
Bespoke reports
We produce monthly Invoiced sales report which include an invoiced sales report, Client Account Bank Report and an Outstanding Payments Report. These can be forwarded onto your accountant for your tax return.
Accountant Liaison
Our trained bookkeeper will liaise with your account in preparation for your tax return.
Self pay credit controller
Any patient who has not paid their self-pay invoice within 10-14 days, will have a polite phone call to check they received the invoice. The invoice can be re sent or the fee paid over the phone.
Insurance credit controller
Any insurance company that has not paid within 4-6 weeks will be chased and any issue dealt with at this time.
Uplifts
Our specialist team will action all uplifts for anaesthetists or surgeons to ensure you are suitably recompensed for any complex surgery or a procedure that takes more time than expected.

Portal Billing Checklist
Every consultant has a diary within their portal account and this feeds into all of the clinic dates submitted to us for billing. This provides you with a quick and easy overview of what clinics have been sent and any that have been omitted. This feature provides a safety net function, to ensure that every patient you see, gets billed.
GDPR support
We can advise you on how to ensure your practice complies with the new GDPR guidelines.
PPR Support
MediAccounts advises and assists on completion of the Private Practice Register.
Healthcode
We manage the Healthcode Medical Billing Software on your behalf which acts as your private practice database for billing purposes. You will have a personal read-only login so you can oversee the billing should you wish to.
Outstanding Invoice Recovery
As part of the billing, collection and reconciliation service we will chase any unpaid invoices from before you joined MediAccounts.

Our bespoke 'billing checklist' feature enables you to easily see if and when clinics have been sent to us, ensuring no patient is ever missed. Reports are securely stored within your account with the option of giving access to your accountant.
